We got your email address in one of two ways. You may have registered for our sweepstakes and joined our panel at the Fire Department Instructors Conference, or a firefighter that you know may have recommended you to be on our advisory panel. Participating in our advisory panel is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time; however, we hope that you will consider responding to our surveys and providing us feedback. Your responses will help us assess firefighter equipment needs, plan communications, and develop new and better equipment.

No. Information about you will not be released for any purpose; it will remain confidential and proprietary solely to Feedback Battalion, per our privacy statement. In addition, your personal information will never be associated with your survey responses and all survey input is anonymous.
Click on the "My Account" tab above to update your information. You can change or update your personal information at anytime.
If you have any questions or comments about a survey, please feel free to e-mail the Feedback Battalion Support Team at support@feedbackbattalion.com, who will address your questions as soon as they are able.
To unsubscribe from the panel please e-mail the Feedback Battalion Support Team at support@feedbackbattalion.com, with "Unsubscribe FeedbackBattalion.com" in the subject line to be removed from our database.
How to Participate

An email will be sent to you and alert you of future surveys. Contained in this email will be a URL link that will take you directly to the Internet survey.
Your personal information, such as name and email address, is primarily used to let you know about opportunities to take future surveys. Generally, panel members are notified about an opportunity to take a survey 1 to 2 times per month. Your personal information may also be used to provide you with new updates about the Feedback Battalion that may be of interest and inform you about special programs and benefits we are offering to our Feedback Battalion members.

Some surveys are only appropriate to give to certain members. Information we have on our members (e.g., demographic information, computer and web access capabilities, lifestyle information and other profiling questions) helps us to determine who receives certain surveys.
We would love for you to participate in as many surveys as possible. Your ongoing input is extremely valuable. However, you may decline to participate in any survey.
On average, a survey will take approximately 15 minutes or less to complete.

Any computer with Internet access should have ample power to allow you to participate in our surveys. Unfortunately we do not support the WebTV platform.
If you encounter any technical problems while taking a survey please contact support@feedbackbattalion.com.
If after restarting your email program and this problem persists, please REPLY to the Invitation email and list the problems encountered. Our IT team will contact you shortly with a solution.
The survey is carried out in a separate window, this means that any browser you have should be okay to use.
Please close the survey window and your desktop should reappear. Just open your Internet application as you would normally.
Incentives
- Do you offer incentives to participate in surveys?
Some surveys will offer incentives to participate, but not all. If an incentive is being offered to participate, this will be noted in the invitation to the survey sent to you.
